It's not me.

Recently a couple of hard things happened to me,and sometime you can let situations bringing you down.
But i quickly realise than all those negative emotions are not who I am.
Because I create who I am,
and negative emotions:coldness,bitterness,hardness,anger,fear,self-pitying and wickedness aren't what i create,aren't me.
Shortly after this realisation as by magic my mood quickly changed,30 minute later i meet a cool dude and have a good talk and forgot about all this crap,the same night i finally done something than I wanted to do for months but never found enought courage to do.
No matter what the situation is and how bad it seems to be,it's up to us to change the worst into the best,to change our focus from problems to solutions.
And once this is done the universe make in sort to make it happen,to bring it into reality.
You are in control of your life ,you and no one else create yourself and your world,so don't blame anyone outside of you for you misery and look inside,change inside and everything outside will change.
